# Lost or Stolen Cards

#### Freeze

If you think your card may be temporarily misplaced:

* Freeze the card in the app
* All new transactions are blocked
* Previously authorized recurring transactions (e.g. Netflix, Spotify) may continue depending on merchant configuration.

You can unfreeze the card at any time.

#### Delete

If your card is lost or stolen:

* Delete the card immediately
* The card cannot be reactivated
* You will need to issue a new card to continue using card payments
