Lost or Stolen Cards

Freeze

If you think your card may be temporarily misplaced:

  • Freeze the card in the app

  • All new transactions are blocked

  • Previously authorized recurring transactions (e.g. Netflix, Spotify) may continue depending on merchant configuration.

You can unfreeze the card at any time.

Delete

If your card is lost or stolen:

  • Delete the card immediately

  • The card cannot be reactivated

  • You will need to issue a new card to continue using card payments
