If you think your card may be temporarily misplaced:
Freeze the card in the app
All new transactions are blocked
Previously authorized recurring transactions (e.g. Netflix, Spotify) may continue depending on merchant configuration.
You can unfreeze the card at any time.
If your card is lost or stolen:
Delete the card immediately
The card cannot be reactivated
You will need to issue a new card to continue using card payments
