# 3D Secure (3DS)

**Why did my online payment fail?**

All online payments require 3DS approval. If you do not approve the request within 570 seconds, the transaction expires automatically.

**Will I be charged if I reject a 3DS request?**

No. Rejected or expired requests do not result in charges.
