Why was my card transaction declined?

A transaction may be declined if:

• it exceeds your spending limit

• 3DS was not approved within 570 seconds

• the card is frozen or blocked

• the merchant authorization failed

Do pending transactions count toward my limit?

Yes. Pending authorizations temporarily reduce your available limit.

Does freezing my card stop subscriptions?

Previously authorized recurring payments may continue depending on merchant configuration.

Is there a fee to create a card?

A $10 card creation fee applies only to your first Anzo card. The fee is charged only after successful identity verification and successful card issuance.

If your verification is not approved and your first card is not created, the fee is not charged.

The first card creation fee is non-refundable once charged. Additional cards created afterwards do not have a card creation fee.
