Why was my card transaction declined?

A transaction may be declined if:

• it exceeds your spending limit

• 3DS was not approved within 570 seconds

• the card is frozen or blocked

• the merchant authorization failed

Do pending transactions count toward my limit?

Yes. Pending authorizations temporarily reduce your available limit.

Does freezing my card stop subscriptions?

Previously authorized recurring payments may continue depending on merchant configuration.
