Creating an Account
When you start using Anzo, you’re not creating a traditional account with a username and password.
Instead, Anzo sets up a personal wallet for you and links it securely to your chosen sign-in method. There are no passwords to remember, and no traditional login credentials are stored by Anzo.
The wallet is generated using secure wallet infrastructure, and the technical complexity is handled automatically in the background.
This video shows the full account setup flow, from entering your email to reaching the home screen.
How access to your wallet works
To keep your wallet secure, you choose a sign-in method:
Email
Google (coming soon)
Apple (coming soon)
WhatsApp (coming soon)
This sign-in method is used to:
create and link your wallet to your email
securely reconnect you to your wallet in future sessions
By continuing, you confirm that you’ve read and accepted Anzo’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Using email
If you choose Email, Anzo uses one-time codes instead of passwords.
Each time you sign in:
Enter your email address.
You’ll receive a one-time 6-digit code.
Enter the code to continue.
A new code is generated for every sign-in.
If you sign out, you simply repeat the same process to reconnect to your wallet.
Creating your username
Next, you’ll choose your Anzo username.
Your username:
allows other users to find you
makes it easier to receive money
can be changed later at any time
Usernames:
must be between 3 and 15 characters long
may include lowercase letters (a–z)
may include numbers (0–9)
may include periods (.) and underscores (_)
cannot contain uppercase letters or additional special characters
Once you confirm your username, you’re taken to the home screen and can begin using Anzo.
Where you are after setup
Once sign-in is complete:
your wallet is ready
access is secured
you can begin using the app immediately
At this stage:
no funds have been added
identity verification (KYC) is not required
If a specific feature requires verification, the app explains what is needed before you proceed.
